At BAJOPHONE, we take pride in offering high-quality digital products and resources. Due to the nature of our business model, our return and refund policies are strict and differ from those of traditional e-commerce stores.

1. DIGITAL NATURE AND FINAL SALES
1.1. 100% Intangible Products
All products sold by BAJOPHONE are strictly digital and intangible files, access credentials, and digital goods. We do not sell, ship, or distribute any type of physical, electronic, or tangible product.
1.2. Final Nature of the Sale
Due to the instant and easily reproducible nature of digital products, all sales made through BAJOPHONE are final. Once payment has been processed and the file or access link has been delivered (via email or direct on-screen download), the product is considered "opened" and "used."
1.3. No Physical Returns Possible
As no physical item is shipped, it is materially and logistically impossible to return a product to our facilities. Therefore, requests for merchandise returns will not be processed under any circumstances.
2. WAIVER OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DIGITAL GOODS LEGISLATION)
2.1. Legal Exception
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (including the European Consumer Rights Directive and similar legislation in Spain and Latin America), the standard withdrawal or cancellation right (commonly 14 days) does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium.
2.2. Loss of the Right
The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that, upon initiating the download of the digital file or receiving the email containing access to the product after payment confirmation, they irrevocably lose their right to withdraw from or cancel the purchase. The consumer’s prior and explicit consent to this condition is an essential requirement for completing a purchase in our store.
3. REFUND REJECTION FOR "FORMAT CONFUSION"
3.1. Store Transparency
BAJOPHONE clearly, visibly, and unambiguously states in its Terms and Conditions and product descriptions that NO physical electronic devices (such as mobile phones, smartphones, hardware, etc.) are sold. The commercial name "BAJOPHONE" does not imply the sale of physical phones.
3.2. Refund Denial
Any request for a refund, cancellation, or payment dispute (chargeback) based on the mistaken belief that the Customer purchased a physical or tangible product will be automatically rejected and denied. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to read the product description and legal notices before completing the transaction.
BAJOPHONE will use this document, together with records of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions during the checkout process, as conclusive evidence before payment gateways and banking institutions in the event of unjustified disputes.
4. EXCEPTIONS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Despite our strict "no refunds" policy, BAJOPHONE is committed to quality. We will only consider issuing a refund or replacement under the following exceptional circumstance:
Defective or Corrupted File
If the delivered digital file is technically damaged, unreadable, or contains an original defect that completely prevents it from being viewed or used, and our technical support team is unable to provide a functional replacement file within a reasonable period.
Condition
To qualify for this exception, the Customer must report the technical issue to customer support within 48 hours of the purchase date and time, providing screenshots of the error and evidence of the defect.
5. CLAIMS AND CHARGEBACK DISPUTES
Any attempt at fraud, including filing a dispute or chargeback claim with PayPal, Stripe, or a banking institution while falsely alleging "product not received" or "product significantly different from description" after downloading the digital file, will be considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
BAJOPHONE maintains IP address tracking systems, email delivery records, and download timestamps. All such information may be submitted immediately to the relevant financial institutions and fraud prevention departments and may result in the Customer being banned from future purchases and, where applicable, legal action.
